Completed in May 2015, 30 Gray’s Inn Road is a collection of 13 boutique apartments, including a penthouse plus retail units. It is situated next to Gray’s Inn, the 16th century legal chambers with their renowned gardens, and close to the City of London and the bustling West End.

Formerly a 1950s solicitors’ practice, The Grays was unsuitable for the standards of the modern office and has undergone a major structural overhaul to create one- and two-bedroom apartments and studios, meeting demand for residential property in the local area. Much of the original character has been preserved by retaining some of the key shapes, characteristics and tonal approach when considering the existing facades and the streetscapes.
